Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the process development, design, and implementation of new products, writing coating process documents, and improving the skills of coating personnel;
2. Responsible for reviewing new product technical indicators, confirming drawings, reviewing product quotations, and assisting in the delivery of new orders;
3. Responsible for technical communication, production tracking, trial production records, and report summaries for R&D projects;
4. Responsible for improving the existing process flow and technological innovation, writing process documents, resolving on-site abnormalities, reducing manufacturing costs, improving product yield, and enhancing production efficiency;
5. Timely coordinate and handle various production, technical, quality, and process issues in the production process, and coordinate the relationship between the technical department and various departments of the company;
6. Able to provide technical guidance, education, and skill enhancement to technical department, production, and quality personnel;
7. Responsible for technical consultation and support on application, quality, features, and other issues related to client products.
Job requirements:
Graduates with a master's degree or above from the class of 124, majoring in optoelectronics, materials related science and engineering;
2. Proficient in using membrane design software and office software;
3. Good communication skills and the ability to solve practical process problems;
4. Familiar with various testing methods for optical thin film products, possessing theoretical knowledge of optical thin films and product development capabilities;
5. Familiar with coating equipment, able to complete coating process development, equipment debugging, and abnormal resolution after new equipment installation or equipment modification;
6. Understand optical design and be able to use film design software such as TFC, MacLeod, CAD, Office, etc;
7. Priority will be given to those who can use optical design software such as Zemax and codeV;
8. Familiarity with the NPI development process is required, and the ability to independently complete the R&D document output for each stage of NPI.
